Privacy Policy

F13-Keys uses information needed to operate the digital storefront, process orders, deliver products, provide support, and protect the service.

Information used

This can include your email address, Firebase account identifier, order details, product selections, payment status received from Lemon Squeezy, delivery status, and support correspondence. F13-Keys does not need or request your payment-card number through email.

Service providers

Firebase provides authentication and Firestore data services. Lemon Squeezy processes checkout and payment events. The fulfillment workflow uses the configured inventory and email services to deliver an order. Google Analytics 4 may collect website usage events when enabled in the site configuration.

Retention and security

Order and delivery records are retained as needed to provide customer support, maintain transaction records, and resolve disputes. Access to delivery credentials is restricted to the account and operational systems that require it. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so protect your account credentials and do not share delivered licenses publicly.
