Terms of Service

By using F13-Keys, you agree to use the storefront lawfully and to provide accurate information needed for account creation, checkout, and delivery.

Digital products

F13-Keys listings identify the product name, edition, license type, term, price, and delivery method. Review those details before checkout. Product names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Orders and payment

Orders are created for the signed-in customer and payment is processed through Lemon Squeezy. An order may remain pending until payment confirmation is received. F13-Keys may decline or review an order when product information, payment status, or inventory cannot be verified.

Delivery and account security

Keep your account email secure and do not share delivered credentials outside the permitted license terms. F13-Keys is not responsible for access lost because a customer shared a password or credential.

Support, replacements, and refunds

Support is available for activation and delivery issues. Defective credentials are handled through troubleshooting and replacement where appropriate. Refund limits for delivered digital products are described in the Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for fraud, unauthorized resale, credential sharing, abuse of payment systems, automated attacks, or attempts to bypass software activation controls.

Changes

F13-Keys may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. The current version is published on this page.
